Claire holds a BSc in Exercise & Health Science and has over 15 years’ recruitment experience. Claire began her career in recruitment in the Retail Management sector before joining a leading HR Search & Selection company in 2007 and specialising in HR. In 2010 she launched her own HR Recruitment Consultancy, recruiting roles from graduate level up to executive level, partnering with leading organisations in the North West to attract the best talent and build and grow their people functions . During this time Claire also launched her own sustainable activewear brand which has been a massive success and developed her commercial skills. Claire joined Bruin in June 2024 as a VP Manager to lead the HR, Procurement & Secretarial business for the North.
