Matt has over 16 years of recruitment experience across multiple industries and has for the last 10 years specialised in Human Resources and Office Support within Financial Services.  Prior to recruitment, Matt’s career was within internal Talent Attraction in the Travel Industry.

 

Joining Bruin in 2019, Matt was brought in to develop existing and new relationships with Bruin’s clients as well as his existing clientele and candidate base from previous years within the HR and Secretarial space.  Due to continued success the HR Team has grown and Matt now holds the title of VP Manager, managing the whole function. Matt covers full generalist HR roles from Assistant, Advisor, BP, Manager through to Director level. He also covers specialisms within the wider HR offering to include HRIS, L&D, Comps and Bens, D&I, Talent Acquisition and Early Careers.  Not only this he and the desk provide support on additional areas such as PA/EA, Procurement and Administrative Support.
