Are you a seasoned Claims professional ready to take ownership and shape the future of a growing MGA & Syndicate?

We’re looking for a Head of Claims to build and lead a growing claims function, ensuring that brokers and clients receive an exceptional level of service. In this role, you’ll have full oversight of claims from first notification through to settlement, managing key relationships with brokers, clients, and third-party claims providers. You’ll drive efficiency, uphold high service standards, and provide strategic insights to support underwriting decisions.

We’re looking for someone with:

? Strong claims management experience across multiple lines of business and territories

? Expertise in the reinsurance market, with a deep understanding of international claims handling
? A meticulous, problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail

? The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

? A collaborative, service-driven approach to claims handling

? A willingness to travel internationally when required.

 

Experience handling claims in MENA s is a strong advantage.
